Retro Red by Orly from the Plastix collection. I don’t really see it as having a plastic finish or being really special at all. It has a slight satin finish, but nothing you can’t get from a poor quality matte top coat or any neon color.
My favorite favorite nail polish in the entire world. Atlantis by China Glaze. I just bought a second bottle as I used up my first.

Deborah Lippmann/Boom Boom Pow
This photo is terrible. But I couldn’t get a better picture with my cell phone (the nicest camera I own). But, let’s get back to what’s important, this is a Deborah Lippmann nail polish. Deborah Lippmann. Deborah Lippmann is a celebrity manicurist who started her own line of incredible colors. The rise of her name was set off by the release of Happy Birthday, a multi glitter with glitters ranging from micro to sequin. It is her combination of glitter sizes that make her glitters so unique. This particular glitter included. However, what sets Boom Boom Pow apart from the rest is that it has 24 kt gold in it! You can’t tell from the picture but, my entire nail looks gold with large and medium sized glitter sequins suspended across. The polish was inspired by a photo shoot Lippmann attended in which Kate Moss was being photographed naked with gold jewelry. This polish is intended to recreate that look on a nail.
Shown here is 3 coats- but this picture is so awful you should really look at another blog, they all have this color in a post- Scrangie, All Lacquered Up, Vampy Varnish…
What’s really amazing is this nail polish’s arrival. My dear friend Kyle is studying abroad in Japan and he ordered this color from FredFlare (my favorite store!) and had it shipped to my house! Surprise package and then it was nail polish??? And a Deborah Lippmann no less! Probably the best day of my life. I <& Kyle
